This policy applies to wholesale purchases of SUPERCore Floors and Elk Mountain Hardwoods from Hardwood Distribution.

Authorized Dealers Only

Hardwood Distribution LLC is the company behind SUPERCore Floors and Elk Mountain Hardwoods. This website serves as our wholesale distribution portal, with ordering access available exclusively to approved showroom dealers and resellers.

We do not sell directly to consumers or individual end users through this website. Consumers can use our online dealer map to find an authorized dealer near them.

All orders, payments, return requests, and claims must be handled by the purchasing dealer through Hardwood Distribution. Dealers are responsible for communicating with their customers and coordinating any related service requests.

Special-Order Products

Special orders, unfinished products, and products ordered specifically for a dealer that are not normally stocked by Hardwood Distribution are not eligible for discretionary returns.

Products outside the SUPERCore Floors and Elk Mountain Hardwoods brands are considered special orders. Any return exception is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s policy and written approval from Hardwood Distribution.
