Our wholesale website is reserved for authorized dealers with approved account access. We do not sell directly to consumers or individual end users through this website.

Wholesale Pricing & Volume Incentives

Approved dealers receive access to wholesale pricing. We supply full-pallet and cut orders, with discounts available for purchases exceeding one full pallet.

Contact us for current pricing, qualifying quantities, and available incentives. A cut order is a quantity smaller than a full pallet; flooring is supplied in full cartons unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product & Sales Resources

Our team can assist with product selection, specifications, installation resources, and technical questions. Ask about available samples, showroom displays, product images, and marketing materials to support your sales team.

Shipping Coordination

We coordinate freight for dealer orders and can discuss delivery to your showroom, warehouse, or an approved customer or jobsite location. Freight charges, unloading requirements, and any additional services are confirmed during order coordination.

Account approval is subject to review by Hardwood Distribution. Submitting an application does not automatically authorize access to wholesale pricing or establish credit terms.
